Decision 83/6

Subsequently, the Executive Committee decided:

1. To note the information on country programme data and prospects for compliance contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/83/7, including:
   1. That 143 countries had submitted 2017 country programme data, 122 of them using the web-based system;
   2. That, as at 9 April 2019, Yemen had not submitted country programme data for the years 2014 to 2017;
2. Further to note that the Central African Republic had submitted its country programme data report for 2013, and an additional 70 countries for 2018 after the issuance of document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/83/7;
3. To request the Secretariat to send a letter to the Government of Yemen regarding the outstanding country programme data reports for the years 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017, urging it to submit those reports as soon as possible;
4. To invite Executive Committee members to provide comments on the draft revised format for country programme data reports for 2020 and beyond contained in Annex III of document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/83/7 by 1 August 2019; and
5. To request the Secretariat to prepare, for the 84^th meeting, an updated draft revised format for country programme data reports and the draft Practical Manual for Country Programme Data Reporting, taking into account the comments provided by Executive Committee members in line with sub-paragraph (d) above, and the discussions at the 83^rd meeting.
