Decision 83/60

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note the overview of current monitoring, reporting, verification and enforceable licensing and quota systems (decision 82/86(c)), contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/83/38;
2. To request the Secretariat to forward the document referred to in sub-paragraph (a) above to the Ozone Secretariat so that it could be annexed to the document on the Overview of the procedures under the Multilateral Fund by which the Parties review and ensure continuing compliance with the terms of agreements under the Fund (note from the Multilateral Fund Secretariat), and made available to the Parties at the 41^st Meeting of the Open-Ended Working Group in line with decision 82/86(b); and
3. To defer further consideration of the document referred to in sub-paragraph (a) above to the 84^th meeting, taking into account any decisions that the Parties might take at their Thirty-First Meeting on the issues raised therein.
