The Executive Committee decided to authorize the Secretariat to finalize the report of the Executive Committee to the Thirty-First Meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol in light of the discussions held and decisions taken at the 83rd meeting, and to submit it to the Ozone Secretariat following clearance by the Chair of the Executive Committee.
