The Executive Committee decided to review the submission deadlines agreed in decision 81/30 at its 86^th meeting instead of its 84^th meeting, on the basis of analysis, to be prepared by the Secretariat in consultation with the bilateral and implementing agencies, of how the revised submission deadlines had been applied and whether they had affected project submissions.
