Decision 85/16

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note the final report on the demonstration project for the phase-out of HCFCs by using HFO as a foam blowing agent in spray foam applications in high ambient temperatures in Saudi Arabia, submitted by UNIDO and contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/85/9; and
2. To invite bilateral and implementing agencies to take into account the report referred to in sub-paragraph (a) above when assisting Article 5 countries in preparing and implementing polyurethane foam projects.
