Decision 85/19

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note the requests for extension of enabling activities for HFC phase-down submitted by the respective implementing agencies for the nine Article 5 countries listed in Table 10 of document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/85/9; and
2. To extend the completion date for the enabling activities for HFC phase-down to 30 June 2021 for the Bahamas, Bolivia (Plurinational State of), Brunei Darussalam, Cabo Verde, the Cook Islands, Jordan, Mauritius, Qatar, and Timor-Leste, on the understanding that no further extension would be requested and that implementing agencies would submit, within six months of the project completion date, a final report of the enabling activities completed in line with decision 81/32(b).
