The Executive Committee decided:
- To approve the projects and activities submitted for blanket approval at the levels of funding indicated in Annex IV to the present report, together with the conditions or provisions included in the corresponding project evaluation documents and the conditions attached to the projects by the Executive Committee;
- To note that the Agreement between the Government of Kyrgyzstan and the Executive Committee had been updated to reflect that the 2019 target was 0.71 ODP tonnes, as contained in Annex V to the present report; and
- That, for projects related to renewal of institutional strengthening, blanket approval included approval of the observations to be communicated to recipient governments as contained in Annex VI to the present report.
