Decision 85/9

The Executive Committee decided to request the Government of India, through UNDP, to provide, by the 86^th meeting, the Government’s assessment of whether the continuous-foam-panel-manufacturing enterprises had adhered, as of 1 January 2015, to the ban on the use of HCFC-141b, in line with decision 82/74(b) and (c).
