The Executive Committee decided to approve the revised plan of action for stage II of the polyurethane foam sector plan, submitted by the World Bank in line with decision 84/69(a)(iv)b. and (v), as described in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/86/21/Add.1.
