Decision 86/5

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note:
   1. The final audited financial statements of the Multilateral Fund as at 31 December 2019 prepared in accordance with the International Public Sector Accounting Standards, contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/86/5;
   2. The return of US $1,782,262 (US $1,735,073 from the approved 2019 budget of the Fund Secretariat and US $47,189 from the approved budget for the monitoring and evaluation work programme) to the Multilateral Fund at the 86th meeting; and
2. To request the Treasurer to record in the 2020 accounts of the Multilateral Fund the differences between the implementing agencies’ provisional 2019 financial statements and their final 2019 statements reflected in Table 1 of document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/86/5.
