The Executive Committee decided to continue, at its 87th meeting, consideration of the framework for consultations with relevant funds and financial institutions to explore the mobilization of additional financial resources for maintaining or enhancing energy efficiency when replacing HFCs with low‑global‑warming‑potential refrigerants in the refrigeration and air-conditioning sector, on the basis of the working document produced by the contact group formed at the formal online 86th meeting, as contained in Annex XLVIII, to the present report.
