Decision 87/12

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note the request submitted by the World Bank on behalf of the Government of Jordan for a change of technology in the conversion of the five enterprises from HFO-1233zd(E) to water-blown technology in stage II of the HCFC phase-out management plan for Jordan as contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/87/9;
2. To approve the change of technology mentioned in sub-paragraph (a) above; and
3. To request the Government of Jordan and the World Bank to return to the Multilateral Fund the balance remaining from the polyurethane foam sector plan once all the enterprises included therein had been converted.
