The Executive Committee decided:
- To note the report on progress in the future adoption of the interministerial decree (“arrêté interministériel”) for regulating import, export, transit, re-export and trade of ODS and other measures for strengthening monitoring and reporting systems relating to HCFC import and export under stage I of the HCFC phase-out management plan for Côte d’Ivoire, submitted by UNEP in response to decision 87/10 and contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/88/18; and
- To request the Government of Côte d’Ivoire to provide an update, through UNEP, at the 90th meeting, on the adoption of the“arrêté interministériel” mentioned in sub-paragraph (a) above.
