The Executive Committee decided:
- To note the final report on the project to promote low-global-warming-potential (low-GWP) refrigerants for the air-conditioning industry in Egypt, submitted by UNIDO and contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/88/18; and
- To invite bilateral and implementing agencies to take into account the report referred to in sub-paragraph (a) above when assisting Article 5 countries in preparing projects for the conversion of air-conditioning manufacturing to low-GWP refrigerants.
