Decision 90/13

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note the update on the status of implementation of the measures for strengthening the licensing and quota system and monitoring and reporting of HCFC consumption recommended in the verification report under stage II of the HCFC phase-out management plan (HPMP) for Jamaica, submitted by UNDP and contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/90/9; and
2. To request the Government of Jamaica and UNDP to provide an update on the approval of the Trade Order (2014) at the time of submission of the request for the second tranche of stage II of the HPMP.
