Decision 90/14

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note the update on the status of implementation of activities for strengthening the licensing and quota system for HCFCs and information-sharing with the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) on HCFC imports, submitted by the Government of Kenya through the Government of France and contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/90/9; and
2. To request the Government of Kenya, through the Government of France, to provide an update on the status of activities implemented for strengthening the licensing and quota system for HCFCs and information-sharing with KRA on HCFC imports at the time of submission of the request for the third tranche of stage II of the HCFC phase-out management plan.
