The Executive Committee decided to note the update on the status of the signing of the small‑scale funding agreement (SSFA) for the fifth tranche of stage I of the HCFC phase-out management plan (HPMP) and the SSFA for the first tranche of stage II of the HPMP for Saint Lucia and disbursement of the first instalments under each of the SSFAs, submitted by UNEP and contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/90/9.
