The Executive Committee decided:
- To note the report on the use of HFC-32 as a refrigerant in the enterprise manufacturing air conditioners in Algeria under stage I of the HCFC phase-out management plan (HPMP) for the country, as submitted by UNIDO and contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/91/18; and
- To request the Government of Algeria, through UNIDO, to submit at the 92nd meeting the request for the third and fourth tranches of stage I of the HPMP, including the plan for the full conversion of the enterprise mentioned in subparagraph (a) above to use HFC-32 as a refrigerant in the manufacturing of air conditioners.
