The Executive Committee decided:
- To note the update on progress towards finalization of the draft Act and the entry into force of the bans described in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/88/44, in the context of stage II of the HCFC phase-out management plan for Colombia, as submitted by UNDP and contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/91/18; and
- To approve the extension, to 30 June 2023, of the date of completion of the project referred to in subparagraph (a) above, on the understanding that no further extension would be requested.
