The Executive Committee decided:
- That decision 89/6 applied to low-volume-consuming countries that had already completed their HCFC phase-out management plans; and
- To consider the proposal from Maldives, as contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/91/44, under agenda item 9(d) on projects recommended for individual consideration, in line with subparagraph (a) above.
