The Executive Committee decided:
- To approve the projects and activities submitted for blanket approval at the levels of funding indicated in Annex XVI to the present report, together with the conditions or provisions included in the corresponding project evaluation documents and the conditions attached to the projects by the Executive Committee, and noting that the Agreement between the Government of South Sudan and the Executive Committee had been updated, based on the extension of stage I of the HCFC phase-out management plan to 2025, as contained in Annex XVII; and
- That, for projects related to renewal of institutional strengthening, blanket approval included approval of the observations to be communicated to recipient governments as contained in Annex XVIII to the present report.
