Decision 91/58

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note with appreciation the submission of stage I of the Kigali HFC implementation plan (KIP) for the Niger;
2. To approve, on an exceptional basis, and without setting a precedent, the amount of US $109,800, consisting of US $80,000 plus agency support costs of US $7,200 for UNIDO and US $20,000 plus agency support costs of US $2,600, for UNEP, to support activities identified in the implementation plan for the first tranche of stage I of the KIP for the Niger, as described in paragraph 60 of document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/91/48, on the understanding that the funding would be incorporated within the first tranche of the project when stage I of the KIP was considered for approval by the Executive Committee; and
3. To defer to the 92^nd meeting consideration of stage I of the KIP for the Niger.
