Decision 92/16

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note:
   1. The report on the status of imports of pre-blended polyols containing HCFC‑141b and on the progress of implementation of technical assistance for the foam sector under stage III of the HCFC phase-out management plan for Pakistan, submitted by UNIDO and contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/92/9;
   2. That the ban on imports of HCFC-141b contained in pre-blended polyols would be effective from 1 January 2024; and
2. To request the Government of Pakistan, through UNIDO, to continue reporting information on the status of imports of pre-blended polyols containing HCFC-141b on an annual basis until the ban on such imports was in place and on the progress of implementation of technical assistance for the foam sector.
