The Executive Committee decided:
- To note the verification report on HCFC consumption for 2021 and the progress report on the implementation of the work programme associated with stage II of the HCFC phase-out management plan (HPMP) for the Philippines, submitted by UNIDO and contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/92/9; and
- To request the Government of the Philippines, through UNIDO, to continue submitting progress reports on the implementation of the work programme associated with the final tranche of stage II of the HPMP on a yearly basis until completion of the project, verification reports until the approval of stage III and the project completion report to the first meeting of the Executive Committee in 2024.
