In line with decision 92/21, the Executive Committee decided to approve the preparation of verification reports, on the understanding that they must be submitted 10 weeks prior to the Executive Committee meeting at which funding tranches of the HCFC phase-out management plan (HPMP) were being sought, as follows:
- For the HPMPs for Namibia, Papua New Guinea and Seychelles, each in the amount of US $30,000, plus agency support costs of US $3,900, for the Government of Germany;
- For stage II of the HPMP for Fiji, in the amount of US $30,000, plus agency support costs of US $2,700, for UNDP;
- For the HPMPs for Bhutan and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and for stage II of the HPMPs for Benin, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Liberia, Palau, Samoa, Solomon Islands and Tonga, each in the amount of US $30,000, plus agency support costs of US $3,900, for UNEP; and
- For stage II of the HPMP for the Niger, in the amount of US $30,000, plus agency support costs of US $2,700, for UNIDO.
