The Executive Committee decided:
- To take note of the report on the investigation of HCFC dealers in China in 2020 and 2021, submitted by the Government of China, through the World Bank; and
- To invite the Government of China, through the World Bank, to include information on activities that the Government had undertaken or would undertake towards implementation of the recommendations contained in the investigation report in the progress report of the second tranche when the third tranche of the HCFC production phase-out management plan was submitted.
