The Executive Committee decided:
- To note with appreciation the annual reports on the investigation of HCFC feedstock applications in China for 2019 to 2022, submitted by the Government of China through the World Bank and contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/93/SGP/5; and
- To invite the Government of China, through the World Bank, to continue to submit annual investigation reports of HCFC feedstock applications in China undertaken under the country’s HCFC production phase-out management plan to the last meeting of the respective year.
