Decision 93/12

The Executive Committee decided: 

1. To note, with appreciation, the progress reports, as at 31 December 2022, submitted by the Governments of Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan and Spain contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/93/15; 
2. To approve the extension, to 30 June 2024, of the completion date of stage II of the HCFC phase-out management plan for Egypt (second tranche) (EGY/PHA/84/INV/142) to allow completion of the remaining ongoing activities, as reflected in table 5 of document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/93/15; and
3. To approve the recommendations related to ongoing projects with specific issues contained in annex III to the present report.
