Decision 93/23

The Executive Committee decided: 

1. To note the final progress report on the implementation of stage I of the HCFC phase-out management plan (HPMP) for Libya, submitted by UNIDO and contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/93/21; 
2. To cancel the project for the conversion of foam manufacturing at the enterprise Al Najam planned under stage I of the HPMP; and
3. To request UNIDO to return the funding balance from stage I of the HPMP at the 94th meeting.
