The Executive Committee decided:
- To note the progress report on the implementation of the fifth tranche of the extruded polystyrene (XPS) foam sector plan of stage II of the HCFC phase-out management plan (HPMP) for China;
- To approve the sixth tranche of the XPS foam sector plan of stage II of the HPMP for China, and the corresponding 2024 tranche implementation plan, in the amount of US $3,000,000, plus agency support costs of US $210,000, for UNIDO.
