Monitoring, reporting, verification and enforceable licensing and quota systems

The Executive Committee decided: 

  1. To note documents UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/93/102, UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/91/69 and UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/89/3 on an overview of current monitoring, reporting verification and enforceable licensing and quota systems developed with support from the Multilateral Fund; and 
  2. To note with appreciation the work of the Secretariat in preparing the documents referred to in subparagraph (a) above and the recommendations therein.
