Decision 94/12

After informal discussions, the Executive Committee decided to defer, to the 95^th meeting, consideration of the revised proposal for the incentive scheme for the commercial refrigeration sector under stage II of the HCFC phase-out management plan for Kenya that had been submitted at the 94^th meeting, on the understanding that the Governments of France and Kenya would submit, to the 95^th meeting, a further revised proposal reallocating some or all of the funds under the project to other end-user incentive programmes to promote the adoption of low‑global‑warming‑potential technologies in the country and reducing the level of training support in comparison with the proposal submitted at the 94^th meeting.
