The Executive Committee decided:
- To note the information on country programme (CP) data and prospects for compliance contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/94/5, and that, as at 16 April 2024, 21 countries had submitted 2023 CP data, 73 countries had submitted 2023 CP data after 16 April 2024 and 50 countries had not submitted such data; and
- To request the countries that reported HFC-23 in the column “other” of the CP data reporting format to provide additional information or estimates, to the extent possible, on the uses or most likely applications of HFC‑23 reported in the column.
