Decision 94/8

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note the report on the status of imports of pre-blended polyols containing HCFC‑141b and on the progress of implementation of technical assistance for the foam sector under stage III of the HCFC phase-out management plan for Pakistan, submitted by UNIDO and contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/94/9;
2. To request the Government of Pakistan, through UNIDO, to continue reporting:
   1. On the status of the ban on imports of HCFC-141b contained in pre-blended polyols, noting that the ban was expected to be implemented in 2024; and
   2. On the status of imports of pre-blended polyols containing HCFC-141b on an annual basis until the ban on such imports was in place and on the progress of implementation of technical assistance for the foam sector.
