The Executive Committee decided to approve the preparation of a project to enhance energy efficiency and convert the use of HFCs to low-global-warming-potential technology in 25 refrigeration and air-conditioning manufacturing enterprises in Egypt, in the amount of US $210,000, plus agency support costs of US $14,700, for UNIDO.
