The Executive Committee decided:
- To note the progress report on the implementation of the first tranche of stage II of the HCFC phase-out management plan (HPMP) for Ghana;
- To request that, upon completion of the demonstration project, UNDP submit a final report on the implementation of the project referred to in subparagraph (a) above, including the HCFC phase-out and energy-efficiency gains achieved, in line with decision 92/36(g); and
- To approve the second tranche of stage II of the HPMP for Ghana, and the corresponding 2025–2027 tranche implementation plan, in the amount of US $434,546 consisting of US $236,545, plus agency support costs of US $16,558, for UNDP and US $160,569, plus agency support costs of US $20,874, for UNEP.
