The Executive Committee decided:
- To note the progress report on the implementation of the first tranche of stage III of the HCFC phase-out management plan (HPMP) for India; and
- To approve the second tranche of stage III of the HPMP for India, and the corresponding 2025–2027 tranche implementation plan, in the amount of US $9,385,194, consisting of US $5,495,933, plus agency support costs of US $384,715, for UNDP, US $1,011,000, plus agency support costs of US $114,210, for UNEP and US $2,140,772, plus agency support costs of US $238,564, for the Government of Germany.
