Decision 95/6

The Executive Committee decided: 

1. To note:
   1. The information on country programme (CP) data and prospects for compliance contained in documents UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/95/8 and UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/95/8/Add.1;
   2. That 138 countries had submitted 2023 CP data as at 5 December 2024;
   3. That six countries had yet to submit their data;
2. To request:
   1. The relevant implementing agencies to continue assisting the respective Governments in clarifying the discrepancies between CP data and Article 7 data for 2023 as indicated in table 12 of document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/95/8, and to report back no later than the 96th meeting; and
   2. The Secretariat to send letters to the Governments of Cabo Verde, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Djibouti, Equatorial Guinea and Myanmar regarding outstanding CP data reports for 2023, urging them to submit those reports as soon as possible.
