The Executive Committee decided:
- To note the information on country programme (CP) data and prospects for compliance contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/96/5 and that, as at 8 April 2025, 16 countries had submitted 2024 CP data;
- To note also that an additional 73 countries had submitted 2024 CP data after the issuance of document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/96/5;
- To note further that the new online CP data reporting system had been officially launched on 1 January 2025 and that, it had been used by 88 countries, of which 80 had officially submitted their 2024 data;
- To approve the revised format of sections D and E of CP data reports as contained in annex II to the present report; and
- To request the Secretariat to update the practical manual for CP data reporting, after the 96th meeting, to reflect the changes in sections D and E.
