Decision 96/7

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note:
   1. The reports on implementation delays and the status reports submitted by bilateral and implementing agencies, contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/96/11;
   2. That bilateral and implementing agencies would report to the Executive Committee at the 97th meeting on eight projects with implementation delays, as indicated in annexes V and VI to the present report, and on four projects recommended for additional status reports, as indicated in annex VII to the present report, as part of the 2024 annual and financial progress report of the bilateral and implementing agencies; and
2. To approve the recommendations on ongoing projects with specific issues listed in the last column of the table in annex VII to the present report.
