On the basis of the informal discussions and subsequent bilateral discussions, the Executive Committee decided:
- To note the progress report on the implementation of the sixth tranche of the solvent sector plan of stage II of the HCFC phase-out management plan (HPMP) for China;
- To request the Government of China and UNDP to submit progress reports on the implementation of the work programme associated with the final tranche, on a yearly basis until completion of the project, enterprise verification reports, and the project completion report to the first meeting of 2028; and
- To approve the seventh and final tranche of the solvent sector plan of stage II of the HPMP for China, and the corresponding 2025–2026 tranche implementation plan, in the amount of US $523,431, plus agency support costs of US $36,640, for UNDP.
