The Executive Committee decided:
- To note with appreciation the submission of the request for the second tranche of stage I of the Kigali HFC implementation plan for Mexico;
- To defer consideration of the project to the 98th meeting of the Executive Committee, for further discussion in light of additional consumption data, particularly for the year 2025.
