The Executive Committee decided:
- To note with appreciation the submission of stage I of the Kigali HFC implementation plan (KIP) for Oman, which was the first KIP submitted by an Article 5, group 2 country; and
- To defer consideration of the project to the 98th meeting of the Executive Committee, for further discussion in light of additional consumption data, particularly for the year 2025.
