The Executive Committee decided to approve:

  1. The Agreement between the Government of Benin and the Executive Committee for the reduction in consumption of HFCs in accordance with stage I of the Kigali HFC implementation plan (KIP), contained in annex IV to the present report;
  2. The Agreement between the Government of Cambodia and the Executive Committee for the reduction in consumption of HFCs in accordance with stage I of the KIP, contained in annex V to the present report;
  3. The Agreement between the Government of Chad and the Executive Committee for the reduction in consumption of HFCs in accordance with stage I of the KIP, contained in annex VI to the present report;
  4. The Agreement between the Government of El Salvador and the Executive Committee for the reduction in consumption of HFCs in accordance with stage I of the KIP, contained in annex VII to the present report;
  5. The Agreement between the Government of Eswatini and the Executive Committee for the reduction in consumption of HFCs in accordance with stage I of the KIP, contained in annex VIII to the present report;
