Subsequently, the Executive Committee decided to request the Secretariat to prepare, for consideration by the Executive Committee at its 99th meeting, a brief document on applying deductions from the starting point for sustained aggregate reductions in HFC consumption in cases where a Kigali HFC implementation plan included a consumption reduction target beyond 10 per cent, including cases with large fluctuations in consumption during the baseline years.
