The Executive Committee decided:
- To note the request for extension of stage II of the HCFC phase-out management plan for Kuwait, as submitted by UNEP and contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/98/6; and
- To approve, on an exceptional basis, and on the understanding that no further extension would be approved, the extension to 31 December 2027 of the completion date of the project referred to in subparagraph (a) above.
