After extensive discussion in which some representatives expressed support for one or other of the five scenarios outlined in the document, the Executive Committee decided to transmit to the Fifth Meeting of the Parties all five scenarios as presented in the revised version of document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/11/31/Rev.1 which is attached to this report as Annex IV.
