The Executive Committee agreed to give the World Bank permission to proceed with further arrangements covering this project (50 per cent CFC-reduced foam) at the funding level requested with a clear understanding that such approval would in no way prejudice the final approval of the final funding level when the World Bank would re-submit the project to the Executive Committee with the information requested.
