18. The Executive Committee took note of the tripartite agreement among UNEP, UNDP and the World Bank on Procedural Arrangements for Co-operation and Assistance in Protecting the Ozone Layer in the Context of the Vienna Convention for the Protection of the Ozone Layer and its Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer. The Executive Committee welcomed the agreement, attached as Annex 1 to this report.
