The representative of Austria, speaking as Chairman of the Sub-Committee on Financial Matters, said that the joint meeting also recommended that the Executive Committee develop a process whereby an approved project that remained unimplemented for a certain period would be reviewed with a view to amendment or cancellation. The meeting had not discussed the details of what an appropriate period would be, which was a matter to be agreed upon in consultation with the implementing agencies.]
